Susan Klinger is a graduate of Millersville University and Kutztown University where she received bachelor's and master's degrees respectively in art education. Susan teaches fine art at Perkiomen Valley High School in Collegeville, PA, (27 years) and served as the chairperson of the fine arts department for 14 years. She is an approved articulated credit instructor for Montgomery County Community College and has also served as an adjunct instructor at Cabrini College. She has taught adult painting workshops at various venues in Montgomery County, PA.

Susan has studied art beyond her art education degrees at University of the Arts, Tyler School of Art, Kutztown University and under artist Jim McFarlane. She lives in southeastern Pennsylvania, but also spends much of the summer months in Maryland along the Chesapeake Bay.

Her work has been exhibited in shows throughout the mid-Atlantic region and in several galleries and shops in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. She is currently represented by Hardcastle Gallery in Centreville, Delaware. She is a member of the Greater Norristown Art League, Perkiomen Valley Art Center, Philadelphia Water Color Society, Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, Philadelphia Tri State Artist's Equity and an artist member of the Maryland Pastel Society.
